Section 72
Suitable
(1) For an offense committed by a person while under the jurisdiction of this Act, even after he is freed from the jurisdiction of this Act, he may be kept in military custody and prosecuted.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the person who commits the offense shall not be prosecuted for any offense other than the offense under section 39, 42 or section 55 if the case is not instituted within 6 months after he is released from the jurisdiction of this Act.
(3) If a person within the jurisdiction of this Act is removed from service or dismissed from service after being sentenced to imprisonment by a military court, or is freed from the jurisdiction of this Act in any way, the sentence may be executed as if he is within the jurisdiction of this Act for the duration of the imposed imprisonment sentence.
